Quit smoking

You have tried alone before. Not this time.

Lume walks with women toward freedom from cigarettes and vaping exactly in the moments when quitting feels impossible: the craving, the stress, that coffee after lunch.

  1. 01

    Survival

The first days, one at a time. Your body protests and you learn to ride the wave.

  2. 02

    Rebuilding

The body starts to answer back. Breath, taste, sleep — recovery becomes something you can see.

  3. 03

    Stabilising

The urge shows up less often, and you already know what to do when it does.

  4. 04

    Clarity

It is no longer a daily fight. It is who you are now.

Feature 01

Support at the moment the craving hits.

Log the urge and get immediate help: guided breathing, water, movement or the community — in whatever order works for you in that minute.

Feature 02

Your body recovering, day after day.

The counter shows how long it has been, how many cigarettes you avoided and how much money came back to you. Recovery stops being abstract.

Feature 03

A tribe of women living the same thing.

An anonymous, moderated community, plus a Support Circle for those who want closer company. Starting over after a relapse is part of the path too.

Billing

Cancellation and refunds are handled by the store.

A Lume subscription is charged by the App Store or by Google Play, never by Lume directly. We have no access to your payment method and no technical ability to reverse, refund or cancel a charge — the decision and the execution belong to the store where you bought it.

Lume is support. It is not medical treatment.

Lume is a behavioural tracking and support tool. It does not diagnose, does not prescribe and does not replace care from a physician, psychologist or any other health professional.

If you take medication for smoking cessation, are pregnant, breastfeeding or live with any health condition involved, talk to whoever follows your case before changing anything.

In a crisis in Brazil, CVV answers 24 hours a day, free of charge, on 188. Elsewhere, contact your local emergency service.
